Joanne offers individualised Pilates programmes tailored to suit your needs. Whether you are looking to increase physical fitness, manage back pain or improve posture. Pilates is suitable for all ages and can be useful for helping to prevent injuries as well as rehabilitation after injury has occured.
Pilates sessions are 1-1 and can be designed to take into account your goals and needs.

Joanne has worked with clients using Pilates in order to help manage conditions such as chronic low back pain, scoliosis, osteoperosis, hypermobility conditions and rehabilition after sports injuries.

Specialist sessions for post/antenatal clients can be provided and can be done in the comfort of your home if needed.
